We had several birthdays to celebrate in the family this month – so we decided a dinner outing would be an ideal way to get everyone together. It was my idea to do a mini-road trip to Aurora and Richard’s Hawgwild BBQ for our dinner destination. -

I’m a bit tardy in writing up my visit to Enrique’s as it has been almost 2 weeks since I made the trip up to Stockton for lunch with Steve, Danny, and all of our families to meet Steve’s brother (and his family) for lunch. -
The Sandwich Shoppe
I had a tip from my friend Greg that I should visit The Sandwich Shoppe in Willard – he even gave me a menu to look at. I’ve had that menu sitting on my desk for quite some time waiting for an opportunity to find myself in Willard at lunch time.
